Wilson Avenue is tucked away in a quiet corner at Dicky Beach. The site, an awkwardly shaped residential block has expansive views to one of the Sunshine Coasts most iconic beaches, Moffat Beach.

The existing brick and tile dwelling was demolished so that a more bespoke approach could be taken. Raising floor levels and orientating the plan to take full advantage of sea breezes and stunning views were imperative.
